90-day return policy with free return shipping. Contact us within 90 calendar days after delivery to start a return.
Return the suitcase with its original packaging and all accessories. You may inspect it as you would in a store. Damage or use beyond inspection may reduce the refund by the loss in value. We do not charge a restocking fee.
We process the refund to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned suitcase or proof that it was sent, whichever happens first.

The RIMOWA Classic shell is made of high-quality anodized aluminum. The interior lining is polyester, the handles are genuine leather, and the wheels are hard plastic. The Flex Divider panels are also polyester.
Our three-year warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Normal wear, accidental damage, and damage caused by airlines are not covered.
Yes. The Classic Cabin measures 55 × 40 × 23 cm (21.7 × 15.7 × 9.1 inches).
Carry-on size limits vary by airline, so check your airline's requirements before you fly. If your airline has stricter limits, the Cabin S (55 × 40 × 20 cm) is a good alternative.
TSA-approved locks can be opened by airport security officers with a master key without damaging the lock. Your suitcase stays securely locked throughout your trip and can still be inspected easily at security checkpoints.
Aluminum is naturally softer than polycarbonate and can dent with rough handling. For RIMOWA, that is part of the suitcase's character: every mark tells the story of a journey. The material is durable and reliably protects your belongings.

The RIMOWA Classic comes in three colors: Silver, Titanium, and Black. All three are made of high-quality anodized aluminum with genuine leather handles.
Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. For more stubborn stains, RIMOWA recommends mild soap and warm water.
